Challenge yourself.What you do.Develop and implement GEO / SEO strategies (technical, content, offsite) aligned with the client's business objectives, working with content and PR teamsOwn strategy KPIs, monitor strategic roadmaps and analyze GEO / SEO performance to gain insights and adjust tacticsEstablish standardized processes and mentor team members, providing guidance and knowledgeSupporting the sales team with knowledge, contributing to pre-sales activities and client pitchesKeeping up to date with industry trends, tools and Google updates and using this knowledge to improve client strategiesManage workload, meet client deadlines effectively and delegate tasks to teams or managers as requiredSharing updates and expertise with the wider team.Knowledge and competencies.At least 3-5 years of SEO experience in developing and managing SEO strategies with budget responsibilityExperience in managing German and English speaking teamsSEO knowledge with deep understanding of content and offsite pillarsAdvanced experience in SEO audits, including keyword research, technical analysis, crawl budget optimization and content strategyProven ability to communicate with clients, confidently present strategic plans and understand the brand, goals and target audienceAdept at using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and AccurankerImproving processes and evolving search landscapes, including AI-driven changes and initial experience in AEO and GEONice-to-have: Knowledge of additional analytics tools
