Shape the world of tomorrow

• You'll shape the digitaltransformation of leading banks and service providers by planning, launching, andsuccessfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with clients
• Throughout your strategic ITimplementation programs, you'll manage internal and external teams and combineyour pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
• During the design, assessment,and optimization of IT architectures, you'll be responsible for coordinatingteams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, andproviding key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends

This is how you can make a difference

• You completed a degree incomputer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline withabove-average results
• You have at least six years ofrelevant experience in IT Consulting and the realization of operative andstrategic transformation and implementation projects in the banking or financial services sector
• You're an experienced projectteam leaderincluding on the client side
• Efficient resource planning andmotivational employee leadership are second nature to you
• You're familiar with all thestages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes, with a focus on the financial industry
• You know how to plan ITinitiatives and build solid business cases
• You're good at understanding andcommunicating complex topics in both German and English
