We are looking for a strategic thinker to drive our digital transformation and optimize the logistical backbone of our regional operations and who combines technical SAP depth with a strong business mindset.

As a key member of our regional team, you will not just manage systems - you will shape the future of our supply chain.

• Lead Strategic Rollouts: Spearhead SAP implementations and seamlessly integrate new acquisitions across the EMEA region.
• Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for sub-projects and workstreams during SAP TM go-lives and optimization phases.
• Process Architect: Analyze complex logistics workflows to design practical, high-efficiency solutions that connect business reality with SAP capability.
• Technical Integration: Oversee critical interfaces and integrations between diverse SAP environments.
• Mentorship & Innovation: Act as a mentor to junior consultants and actively refine our internal standards and methodologies.
• Strategic Support: Serve as the primary expert for logistics solutions, handling high-level process requests, error analysis, and change management.
• Collaborative Network: Align with business departments, external consultants, and our internal IT house to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• BA or MA degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Several years of proven experience in SAP LE-TRA and deep, functional knowledge of SAP TM .
• A solid understanding of SCM processes with a focus on Transport Management, complemented by a basic grasp of adjacent SAP modules.
• You possess the ability to deconstruct complex problems and translate them into structured, goal-oriented results.
• Fluency in German and English is essential. You are a confident communicator and presenter who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Y ou are proficient in MS Office and enjoy the variety of regional work, including a 30% travel readiness.
