Senior AI Strategy & Transformation Expert (m/f/d)

In this role, you act as a key strategic sparring partner within the global innovation organization and support the definition and execution of the company‑wide AI strategy. You operate at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution, working closely with Business Units and Corporate Functions to translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives with measurable impact.

You structure complex topics, prepare decision‑ready materials for top management, and actively drive selected strategic initiatives—ensuring that ideas turn into tangible and sustainable results.

Tasks

• You contribute significantly to the development and continuous evolution of the global AI strategy and roadmap
• By translating business needs, you define clear initiatives, focus areas, and transformation priorities
• You support the prioritization of AI use cases and strategic transformation initiatives based on value, feasibility, and impact
• With strong analytical skills, you prepare decision‑ready documents, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders and top management
• Acting as a strategic sparring partner, you support senior‑level discussions and help shape key decisions
• You drive selected strategic initiatives end‑to‑end, ensuring alignment between strategy, use‑case pipeline, and execution while tracking progress and business impact
• Through your contribution to operating model and governance topics, you support the definition and evolution of roles, processes, and interfaces in the AI context

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in a top‑tier management consultancy or a comparable strategic role within a large organization
• Strong background in strategy, transformation, and execution‑focused initiatives
• Proven experience working closely with senior management and executive stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and structuring capabilities, with a strong problem‑solving mindset
• Very strong communication and presentation skills, including for complex topics
• High level of ownership, execution strength, and reliability
• Experience in AI, digitalization, or data‑driven initiatives, as well as an MBA or a comparable additional qualification, is a plus
