Key Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to tech products, services, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- A minimum requirement of B2 in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
