HR Assistant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:- Manage employees’ attendance records, including working hours, leave, and overtime; ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations; generate attendance reports
- Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding procedures
- Maintenance of employee information and prepare HR report
- Prepare and issue employment-related documents
- Liaising with headquarters HR to handle relevant matters, such like communicate and implement corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives; provide feedback and updates to ensure consistency across regions
- Collaborate with the HR team in Poland to support cross-border HR matters, including expatriate management, international assignments, and compliance with Polish labor law; contribute to global HR projects and initiatives
- Visa Application Assistance
- Management of HR regulation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee data and HR-related matters
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, international environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management systems; ability to generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making
