Controlling Business Partner (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Controlling Business Partner (m/f/d) supports the efficient and well-structured operation of the Europe R&D Center, based in Stuttgart. The role is responsible for administrative coordination, procurement support and cost control across the European R&D organization. Acting as a key interface between European R&D sites, sales entities and headquarters, this position ensures transparent processes, efficient resource allocation and alignment with the Group’s overall strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and optimize administrative and operational processes within the Europe R&D Center
• Support procurement and supplier management in close cooperation with business departments and Finance
• Monitor operating expenses and project costs; prepare regular cost analyses and status reports
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal control and governance standards
• Manage company assets and support inventory activities
• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration between European R&D units
• Act as a communication bridge between the Europe R&D Center, headquarters and European sales organizations
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and systems

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in administration, controlling, procurement or project support, preferably in an international environment
• Strong understanding of cost structures, processes and organizational workflows
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cultures
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage
• Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems
