AI Governance & Processes Expert (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You support the design and implementation of a pragmatic governance framework for AI use cases, agents, and workflows
• By defining governance principles, you shape roles, permission models, and access controls across relevant frameworks, applications, and platforms
• You design and operationalize governance processes such as approvals, checkpoints, and documentation requirements, taking into account risk profiles and use‑case complexity
• With a strong focus on compliance and risk, you integrate relevant requirements (e.g. data protection, internal policies, EU AI Act) and coordinate with Legal, Security, and employee representatives where necessary
• You ensure transparency and traceability by defining and maintaining the required governance documentation per AI use case
• Through the development of standards, templates, and best practices, you ensure consistent governance across all AI initiatives
• Working closely with AI Strategy, AI Engineering, and solution teams, you embed governance into delivery and continuously evolve it based on implementation experience

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or comparable roles within a digital or technology‑driven environment
• Solid understanding of AI‑based and digital solutions from a governance and control perspective
• Experience in defining, establishing, and maintaining processes, frameworks, or policies
• Ability to pragmatically balance regulatory and compliance requirements with business and innovation objectives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI governance topics such as the EU AI Act or data governance is desirable
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security functions is an advantage
