Youll lead large-scale transformation programs in SAP BTP and AI from start to finish

You define platform, data, and AI strategies at the C-level

You are responsible for the architecture of complex, integrated, and agent-based systems

You drive key technology decisions in large organizations

You actively drive business development and proposal processes

You lead high-impact demos and proof-of-concepts

You build and develop high-performing, interdisciplinary teams

You position BCG Platinion as a thought leader in the field of SAP BTP and AI

You Make the Difference

You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable field with above-average grades

You have 8+ years of experience in IT consulting and in managing complex IT and transformation programs

You have in-depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)

You have a solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their strategic and operational applications

You have extensive experience in planning, managing, and evaluating the economic impact of transformations, including business cases

You have led teams (>5 people) and confidently managed complex programs and escalations

You operate confidently at the C-level, make decisions in complex organizations, and serve as a trusted advisor to your clients

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in acquiring and advancing projects

You combine technological excellence with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on results

You impress with strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in German and English

You are willing to travel internationally
