Customer Care Specialist for Mercedes-German Speakers (Relocation incl.)

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join our team supporting the Mercedes-Benz project. The role involves providing frontline customer support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat .

Your tasks include handling customer contacts covering:

Roadside Assistance (RSA)

• 24/7 breakdown support following strict safety guidelines
• Recovery assistance for vehicles to dealerships
• B2B & B2C customer support
• Collecting customer & vehicle information (license plate, GPS location, tire size, passengers, etc.)

Connected Mobility Services (CMS)

• Support for Mercedes Me App and digital services
• Account login, activation/deactivation of digital services
• Service purchases, online appointment booking, vehicle monitoring
• Inform customers about features included in service packages
• Basic troubleshooting; complex issues escalated to Backdesk

Customer Service (CS)

• Handle first-line inquiries: warranties, maintenance appointments, dealership details, workshop complaints, goodwill requests, list-price/tax inquiries, and general technical documentation
• Provide support to demanding luxury clients, often in sensitive situations

Requirements

• German: C1 (mandatory)
• English: B2 (for training & operations)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Advanced problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with PC apps, mobile platforms (Android/iOS), and basic network setups
• Driver’s license: a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support: preferred but not required
