Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Senior Producer (d/f/m).

You have 5+ years of experience in production across a range of channels, ideally in advertising, film production or a creative agency environment? You have a proven track record of managing small- to large-scale, local and international productions, budgets and complex workflows? With a strategic mindset and strong production expertise, you know how to turn creative ideas into high-quality work – efficiently, reliably and on budget. You build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners and are always looking for smarter ways of working by embracing new technologies (especially AI) and innovative production methods.

Your tasks:

• Leading production teams and external partners throughout the entire production lifecycle
• Planning, managing and overseeing production and post-production processes, teams, workflows and deliverables
• Managing production budgets and ensuring cost targets are met
• Continuously optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, workflows and costs
• Ensuring the seamless delivery of production assets across all channels
• Building effective and trusting relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, external service providers and production partners
• Exploring, evaluating and integrating new AI tools and emerging technologies into production workflows to drive innovation and efficiency

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in production, ideally in advertising, film production or a creative agency
• Proven experience managing productions, budgets and complex workflows
• Strong experience in optimizing production and post-production processes
• A strategic mindset combined with strong organizational and project management skills
• A strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to translate ideas into efficient production solutions
• Continuous engagement with AI and emerging production technologies, including their practical application in day-to-day production work
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
