In This Role
As an Associate Web Developer, you will be responsible for the technical execution of our digital products. This is an entry-level position where accuracy is prioritized over complexity. You will not be building flashy marketing sites; instead, you will focus on the functional components of our internal audit tools and data visualization platforms. Your work ensures that the structural assessments our consultants perform can be presented to clients in a way that is readable, interactive, and fast. You will work closely with our more experienced developers to learn our codebase and contribute to its maintenance. This includes everything from routine updates to the creation of new features for our proprietary assessment tools.

What You Will Do

• Turn design mockups and structured data into clean, functional frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


• Update and maintain our internal documentation to ensure that every change we make to our software is clearly recorded.


• Assist in the debugging of our client-facing assessment tools, prioritizing the removal of technical friction for our users.


• Build responsive layouts that allow our consultants to present data effectively across different devices.


• Collate feedback from our consulting team to improve the usability of our reporting dashboards.


• Participate in regular code reviews to maintain the quality and clarity of our repositories.

What You Bring

• A solid understanding of core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript.


• The ability to write clear, well-structured code that is easy for other developers to read and understand.


• Familiarity with a modern frontend framework such as React or Vue, obtained through personal projects or course work.


• Strong written communication skills, with a preference for direct and simple explanations over complex jargon.


• A logical approach to problem-solving and the patience to track down the root cause of a technical issue.


• An understanding of Git for version control and basic command-line operations.
