Description Overview

As the CS&E (Commercial Strategy & Execution) Retail Excellence Manager for Germany, you will play a key role in elevating retail execution across all channels in the local market. You bring a deep understanding of what best‑in‑class execution requires and translate this into actionable, scalable standards that drive commercial impact.

Reporting to the Market Retail Excellence Head, you will partner closely with the local commercial team and the CS&E category team to deliver consistent, high‑quality execution in market. Your work ensures that strategies are not only defined but also flawlessly implemented at the point of sale.

Scope of the Role

• Drive business goals by translating annual, quarterly and monthly priorities into winning in‑market execution plans.

• Deliver budget targets through strong commercial execution and consistent retail excellence.

• Shape CS&I tools together with Country and Category CS&E teams to ensure the market has the right enablers to win.

• Act as a key partner to Sales & CS&E , bringing the voice of the market into planning and execution.

• Ensure high‑quality selling tools across categories and timely delivery for key selling cycles.

• Lead POS execution and ensure best‑in‑class implementation of the Perfect Store strategy across channels and key customers.

• Own Perfect Store & DVRP measurement and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

• Strengthen organizational capability through knowledge sharing and active contribution to the CS&I community.

• Elevate customer development excellence with tailored, channel‑specific execution plans.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in a large FMCG or Consumer Health environment
• Background in Shopper, Trade Marketing or Sales with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing analytically rigorous programs and driving data‑based decision‑making
• Proven ability to translate insights into winning in‑store strategies and execution plans
• Fluent in German and English , written and spoken
