You’ll develop agent-based applications, integrated architectures, and scalable systems that rethink business processes and create real business impact. Together with the Boston Consulting Group, you’ll support our clients from the strategic idea to technical implementation—from the boardroom to the code. You’ll be part of a team that combines innovation, technology, and collaboration, where you can fully leverage your individual strengths.

Shape the world of tomorrow

• You identify, prioritize, and define AI and agent-based use cases

• You design end-to-end solutions on SAP BTP across application, integration, data, and AI layers

• You will develop MVPs and prototypes (e.g., using SAP AI Core, Joule, LangChain, or similar frameworks)

• You will develop AI-powered applications in Java, Python, Node.js, or ABAP

• You will design integrations between agent-based systems and enterprise landscapes (e.g., APIs, MCP)

• You implement workflow orchestration solutions (e.g., n8n, Camunda) on SAP BTP

• You take the lead in workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts

• You contribute to architectural decisions and transformation roadmaps

You Make the Difference

• You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field

• You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development

• You have solid programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP)

• You have practical experience with SAP BTP Services (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)

• You have initial experience with AI/GenAI applications or a strong interest in them

• You have experience in process design and integration architectures

• You are familiar with common hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• You have experience leading project teams of more than three people and can develop complex business cases

• You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are willing to be flexible and travel

• You can confidently understand and communicate complex issues in German and English
