THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT

Full-time, permanent and on-site.

• You will lead in-house OOW Operations in the region (Baden-Wüttemberg).

• You will ensure that vehicles are available in the right locations at the right times and that our drivers are working efficiently.

• You will deliver high-quality KPIs, plan to ensure continuity of operations, administer internal procedures, and seek to minimize costs and maximize revenue by deploying operational levers.

• You will supervise the Shift Leads and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), charging infrastructure, and all the related dimensions of keeping vehicles available.

• You are hands-on and happy to perform tasks when required.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

• Initial experience in logistics, mechanics, warehouse operations, or a similar operational environment.

• Confident team player with the ability to support colleagues, ideally with some first exposure to leading a small team.

• Comfortable driving a van and working on the streets to maintain a healthy fleet of scooters and e-bikes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Basic understanding of shift planning and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and work independently when required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory for the position.

Language & Location:

• English or German (at B1) required.

• Based in the region.
