IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

In this role, you will ensure that every IT operation runs smoothly and provide key support to our colleagues and clients. You must be able to solve technical challenges, translate issues into solutions, and contribute directly to an efficient and reliable IT environment. At the same time, you will grow in a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced colleagues and continuously learn through experiences that will help you expand your technical and personal skill sets.You don’t just manage the status quo; you shape the future by developing IT strategies for our German locations and implementing them independently.You lead the introduction of new software services and manage the entire process, from technical implementation to user training.You ensure a high-performance client landscape, whether working with Windows notebooks or Apple Macs (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).You ensure connectivity across all locations (LAN, WiFi) and maintain local network components.You administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment and integrate new cloud services.You act as an interface to Global IT, translating global requirements into local measures and coordinating 2nd/3rd level tickets.Who you areYou have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or vocational IT training (e.g., IT specialist).You have excellent knowledge in administering both Windows 11 and macOS and feel at home in both environments.You have experience not only in execution but also in planning and evaluating IT concepts.You have a solid understanding of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN).You have experience in introducing new software solutions and in project management.You hold a Class B driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly to our German locations.You have very good English skills.Good to knowFull ownership and entrepreneurial freedom A high-impact role in a dynamic, international setup The opportunity to actively shape AI-driven business growth Direct exposure to top management and international stakeholders Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
