Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your RoleSAP Test Manager – SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation (with Tricentis Tosca Expertise)Lead the end-to-end testing strategy and governance for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation across all project phases.Define the test approach, test plan, entry/exit criteria, schedule, scope, and quality gates aligned with SAP Activate methodology.Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end business process testing.Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and cutover testing across business, functional, technical, and integration teams.Manage test scenarios, test data, defect lifecycle, and reporting using SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Jira, or equivalent tools.Ensure coverage of SAP integrations, interfaces, Fiori applications, custom developments, security roles, and data migration validation.Track testing KPIs, defect trends, risks, and provide regular status reporting to project leadership and steering committees.Mentor testing teams on SAP testing best practices, Tosca automation standards, and continuous testing processes.Collaborate with functional leads, developers, Basis, security, and business users to resolve defects and ensure release readiness.Required10+ years in SAP testing, 1+ S/4HANA implementations, strong Tricentis Tosca automation expertise, SAP Activate knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and experience in Agile/Waterfall delivery models.PreferredGerman LanguageOverviewInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
