• Consulting with added value. You provide support in advising our different clients from “global players” to start-up companies as part of an experienced performance management team. In doing so, you demonstrate your conceptual skills and technical expertise as basis for top management decisions.
• Controlling & Finance. You and your team in the field of controlling & (sustainable) finance work to find tailored solutions for the raising demands in this area (e.g. data management for sustainability strategies or sustainability reports, integrated reporting including non-financial information and implementation of ESG requirements, finance transformation, planning & budgeting, KPI & management, predictive analytics).
