Work with your team to translate strategic roadmaps into concrete product, technology and architecture decisions. Be a sparring partner for the Product Manager and support the strategic development of the product with technically excellent solutions. Take technical responsibility for building new team and promote a culture of ownership and innovation. Develop best practices and support the continuous development of your team and individual team members.
