Discover your exciting roleThis position within the Regional Strategic Sourcing team strengthens our ability to deliver regional sourcing strategies that support predictable project setup and reliable execution across Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) and Site Indirect categories.You will shape how these categories are sourced, negotiated and deployed across the region, ensuring the right subcontractors, site‑setup partners and indirect service providers are in place to support major EPC projects.This role operates at the intersection of engineering, construction and project management, operations and procurement, ensuring regional sourcing decisions deliver competitiveness, supply reliability and execution certainty.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional category strategies for CSA and Site Indirects aligned with global frameworks and local execution needs.Establish and manage regional framework agreements (MFAs) to enable efficient sourcing, accelerate project start-up, and standardize commercial terms.Ensure a strong regional supply base by qualifying and managing subcontractors and suppliers, driving consistent performance, compliance, and delivery reliability.Optimize commercial value through strategic sourcing, TCO improvements, benchmarking, and structured negotiations.Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including performance monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support construction and project teams with market insights, subcontracting strategies, and risk assessments.Monitor supplier capability, market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and associated risks impacting sourcing decisions.Maintain and update category strategies, ensuring alignment with global category management and contributing regional insights.Show your expertiseBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management or Business; procurement certifications preferred.7-10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience in CSA, construction, installation services or site Indirects within EPC, semiconductor, life sciences, data centers, industrial or complex project environments.Strong experience sourcing major subcontracts, site services and indirect categories with an understanding of regional labor markets, commercial structures and supplier capability.Practical understanding of construction methods, installation sequencing, site risks and project execution, with experience working on or closely supporting construction sites.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills for complex service‑based categories.Experience managing subcontractor performance, safety compliance and schedule‑critical installation scopes.Ability to partner with Engineering, Construction and Project teams to balance technical, commercial and execution needs.Strong analytical skills: cost modelling, supplier evaluation and market intelligence.Fluent English; additional German language skills is an advantage.What we offer youYour start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleaguesAttractive location: Our location in Stuttgart features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desksBuddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the teamWork-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile workingCatering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floorKeep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through EGYM Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in GermanyContactYou want to be part of the Exyte team?
