Enablement & Design Thinking Expert (m/f/d)

You are responsible for building and continuously developing AI enablement and capability development at DEKRA. Your goal is to systematically empower employees and leaders to use artificial intelligence effectively and pragmatically in their daily work.

You design and establish a structured, scalable enablement program in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence Learning & Development and facilitate structured workshop formats (e.g. Design Thinking) to support the identification and development of AI use cases. By combining program ownership with hands‑on implementation, you ensure both scalability and tangible business impact.

Tasks

• You design and establish a structured and scalable AI enablement and training program in close collaboration with the CoE Learning & Development
• By defining targeted learning paths, you enable employees, leaders, and experts to effectively apply AI tools and solutions
• You deliver selected training formats, such as leadership sessions or key programs, and identify capability gaps to derive targeted development measures
• Through the design and facilitation of workshops, including use‑case identification and transformation formats, you apply Design Thinking and comparable methods
• Working closely with the AI Solutions team, you ensure high‑quality outputs and practical applicability of workshop results
• You promote awareness, adoption, and scaling of AI initiatives and support the transfer of learning into real‑world application
• By creating high‑quality materials and content, you support internal communication and continuously evolve the AI enablement portfolio

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in enablement, consulting, transformation, or comparable roles
• Proven experience in building, scaling, and operating enablement or training programs
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and working with diverse stakeholder groups
• Hands‑on experience with Design Thinking or similar structured problem‑solving methodologies
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, practical, and audience‑appropriate way
• High level of ownership, energy, and execution capability
• Nice to have: Experience in AI, digital, or innovation environments, and experience building global or cross‑functional programs
