Job Description

Main purpose of the role

Supporting project management assignments; ensuring a consistently high standard of service throughout the entire project duration.

Scope of role

Junior Project Managers are involved in projects of varying scales.

Areas of responsibility 

• Supporting the Project Manager, including:
• Conducting research and benchmarking; compiling information
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Preparing project-related information materials
• Preparing project progress reports and other reports upon request
• Participating in project meetings and preparing agendas
• Creating presentations and compiling information materials for client meetings
• Entering key project information into the T&T project database

Qualifications

• You feel comfortable in an international environment and have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You can work at least 15 hours per week during the semester (ideally 20 hours) and are willing to spend the majority of your working time at one of our locations in Stuttgart.
• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree in construction management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have a strong understanding of numbers, data and relationships.
• You impress with your communicative personality as well as a structured, careful and detail-oriented way of working.
• You enjoy working in a team, bring initiative and enjoy taking on responsibility.
