Overview:

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Intern to amplify Sereact’s voice across digital channels and support our demand-generation efforts. Ideal for students or early-stage professionals eager to deepen their marketing skill-set, this internship places you at the heart of a fast-moving, AI-driven startup. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft compelling content, run data-backed campaigns, and shape the brand narrative that brings our embodied-AI solutions to market.

Your Responsibilities:

Marketing and Social Media

• Content marketing and social media (especially blog articles and LinkedIn)

• Project and event management

• PR-strategy and implementation

• Design of marketing materials

• Support in the areas of SEO, SEA and Analytics

• Market and competitor analysis

• Support with acquiring new customers

Qualifications:

Skills

• Excellent knowledge in the areas of marketing, market research and advertising

• Creativity and a good sense of trends and target groups

• Full working proficiency in both German and English

Additional Skills / Nice to Have

• First experience in organizing trade fairs

• Knowledge in using social media platforms

• Knowledge in designing marketing materials

Our interview plan:

• Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.

• Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.

• Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.

• On‑site visit: Meet the team at our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll get a clear feel for the environment, ways of working, and the role.
